Dr. Trager is simply the best! I recently had teeth extracted and a full arch dental implant procedure, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Trager is highly skilled, compassionate, and took the time to make sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. Her staff is absolutely wonderfulβ€”friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Dr. Trager and her amazing team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Went to this practice. Saw Dr. Masi and during a routine tooth extraction I felt the instrument bump into another tooth and I grunted and he said he was sorry. Little did I know it was cracked in half n I Never knew. He sat me in the finance room to discuss 64,000 implants and when I repositioned the gauze half of my tooth fell off. Anyway it had to be removed and now costing me over 1,000 to repair because this practice refused to fix it. He also stated all my teeth should be pulled and implants should be placed because nothing else could be done. My new dentist has already repaired the work n my teeth do not all have to be removed. No compassion here sadly. Would never have another tooth extracted using this practice. It's not good practice to pull healthy teeth out of somebody's mouth for implants

After over three hours of a failed extraction at another practice, I left in pain, traumatized, and with nothing but a referral list. I had a baby at home, my husband had already taken a day off work, and I could not afford another day like that. I chose Dr. Rebhun simply because his listing said β€œoral surgeon” β€” exactly what I needed. When I called, they got me in the next day. I sent my referral, insurance, and x-rays by email beforehand so they were prepared. When I arrived there was paperwork and a wait, and I quickly learned my insurance was out of network β€” meaning I would have to pay upfront and hope for reimbursement. Dr. Rebhun then came in to review my case. He explained everything clearly β€” why tooth #30 mattered, why bone grafting and an immediate implant made sense now rather than later, and how using my own platelet-rich plasma would help me heal faster. He treated me like someone capable of making an informed decision β€” the mark of a truly compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled surgeon. After reviewing the treatment plan, the front desk came in with the cost: over $5,000. I had to call my husband, deal with a declined credit application, and coordinate payment

Well taken care of. Everything was explained clearly, all questions addressed staff was patient and courteous. Assistant was completely professional and comforting. I forgot her name but kudos to her,she was great. Dr. Masi came in did what he had to do, talked me through procedure very professional service. Considering he removed 2 wisdom teeth, it wasn't that bad.

Went in for my appointment. I am a big scary cat and the entire staff made me feel comfortable amd safe. I was telling my mom after that not every where I go the doctor takes time out of her day to follow up with patients. It was easy, everything went smoothly. I would give Optum more stars but 5 is all they would allow. Wonderful bed side manner, warm professional inviting office.
